Short description:
The AIDT4WIND project develops an AI-driven Digital Twin platform to optimize wind farm operations and maintenance (O&M), enabling early fault detection and supporting predictive maintenance. A key objective is to improve power production forecasting, targeting over 95% forecast accuracy, reducing output variability, and lowering LCOE. The solution also incorporates data integrity and cybersecurity requirements within the digital twin environment to strengthen the resilience of wind energy infrastructure against disruptions and attacks. The platform will be validated in a real operational setting at Entek Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş.’s Süloğlu wind farm (20 turbines, 66 MW), while being designed for scalable deployment across diverse European contexts.
