Brief description:
The objective of the project is to develop a sprayer representing disruptive technology, which, among other capabilities, can apply several different spraying materials to plants simultaneously, each with an individual application intensity. The spraying method and intensity are adjusted to the current plants, weather and soil-related variables, as well as to the spraying materials used.
Precise operation is supported by databases planned to be developed through measurement experiments and computational models, which also serve as the basis for analytical and control activities.
A fundamental expectation is to increase the internal nutritional and compositional values of plants. In the longer term, the solution to be developed will support efficiency across all arable crop production, make human and animal nutrition healthier, and improve the competitiveness of crop production.
